Social media has become so incredibly important, in terms of marketing your
website, attracting new customers and maintaining client relationships. A well
run internet marketing campaign should include social media as it provides a
range of pipelines from potentially interested customers, direct to your

(a.k.a. SEO). The main search engines monitor social sites, such as Twitter,
Facebook, MySpace, etc to provide their users with relevant up to date content
on their search results pages. In fact, results can be returned from Twitter
almost immediately. Now, if your business is involved with, say, home
decorating, tweeting about home decorating tips and tricks (for instance) will
show up in Google's results page, Twitter section within a few minutes.

page can be created which can serve as a platform for advertising your products
and promotions as well as maximising your customer service function.
